Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where we determine it would not be clinically appropriate or safe. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
All weight loss medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Stanley are prescription-only medicines (POMs). No prescription will be issued without a clinical assessment completed by one of our qualified prescribers.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribers and only where clinically appropriate. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following assessment. Our pharmacists review all prescriptions before dispensing to ensure patient safety.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment. Failure to do so may result in harm and will be your responsibility.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for consultations where a prescription is not issued; however, consultation fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated before you proceed.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery where a signature is required.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including postal service disruptions. If your medication does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines in accordance with UK law and patient safety requirements.
If your order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed within 10 working days. If you believe you have received incorrect or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
The information provided on our website and during consultations is for informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice from your GP or specialist. Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects that will be discussed during your clinical assessment.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
